Welcome to Elyndra, a personal development platform hosted at elyndro.tech. These terms govern your access and use of all services, digital content, and physical goods offered by Elyndra.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By enrolling in our services, purchasing digital materials, or ordering physical products, you agree to these terms for the year 2025.

2. Eligibility and Account Responsibilities

Users must be of legal age to access purchased content. Account credentials must be kept secure. Unauthorized access is prohibited.

3. Services and Scheduling

Elyndra offers live and recorded personal development courses. Details of session times are provided at enrollment. You may postpone scheduled sessions once per course upon written notice at least 7 days before the start date.

4. Digital Content

Info materials include downloadable guides, videos, and worksheets. Access will be granted via your account dashboard.

6. Fees and Payment

All fees are in Swiss Francs. Payment methods accepted are those displayed at checkout.

7. Refund and Reimbursement Policy

7.1 Courses and Live Sessions

Cancellation requests received at least 14 days before the course start date qualify for a full reimbursement. Requests made later will receive a 50% credit toward a future course offering. Credit may be applied once and expires 12 months after issuance.

7.2 Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital content, materials accessed or downloaded cannot be reimbursed once delivered. Please review previews before purchase.

7.3 Physical Goods

Unused products in original packaging may be shipped back within 14 days of delivery for a full reimbursement. Shipping costs for sending items back are the responsibility of the buyer. Goods must be inspected upon arrival and reported within 48 hours if damaged.

8. Modifications and Cancellations

Elyndra reserves the right to amend course dates or content. In such cases, enrolled participants will be offered a session transfer or a reimbursement if not satisfied.

9. Limitation of Liability

Elyndra shall not be liable for indirect outcomes. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service.

10. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by Swiss law. Disputes will be resolved by courts in Zurich.
